Management Team

Andrea Warner, Executive Committee Board Member

Andrea Warner’s professional life has revolved around business management since prior to receiving a B.S. degree in Marketing in 1981. This continued as she received an M.B.A. in 1985 in the dual concentrations of Marketing and Computer Information Systems. Since then she served as an Associate Professor of Marketing, a Systems Engineer for IBM, a Project Manager for KAO Infosystems and most recently a Project Manager for the PA District Attorneys Association.

She has concentrated her personal interests in the area of social issues. She served on the Board of Directors for the Tri-County Area Big Brothers/Big Sisters agency from 1989 through 1995 in various capacities including Program Committee Chair and Vice-Chair. She has been involved with the National Alliance of African American Athletes, informally since 1992 and on a formal basis since 1996. Andrea has been involved in every facet of the organization known as “The Alliance” from organizing the SAT Scrimmage in multiple cities to her current position as Co-Chair.

The Vision Statement of The Alliance is as follows: “We believe that at the most basic level all African American males want a secure home, a family, good health, friends, meaningful employment and a presence in their communities.” Andrea believes that she is able to contribute to the success of African-American males through helping The Alliance. And that The Alliance can make a positive impact on African American males and their families so that we all can live up to this vision.
